The Application of Automatic Welding Technol ogy in West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 介绍了管道自动焊焊机工艺参数、坡口形式、混合气体保护焊的特点, 阐述了西气东输管道工程第一、二标段自动焊技术的应用过程, 分析了焊接缺陷产生的原因、类型和提高焊接质量的措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the features of welding parameters, bevel type and mixed ga s arc welding of auto-matic welding machine, introduces the application of automatic welding technology in the lst and 2nd pipe-line section and analyzes the welding defects, defect category and measures to b e taken to ensure the welding quality.
