The Application of Pressure Regulator in Gas Industry

  • 摘要: 介绍了调压器的工作原理, 分析了该装置在天然气开采、净化、输配过程中经常发生调压不稳、设备损坏等故障原因, 采取了将阀门的材质由不锈钢改为钴铬合金, 以增加材质的硬度和韧性, 增加分离器的排污次数, 在调压器前增加过滤器, 防止灰尘和杂质冲击阀体等改进措施, 并对调压器的选型提出了参考意见。

     

    Abstract: The operating principle of pressure regulator is introduced. The pressure regula tor, used in natural gasproduction, purification and transmission and distribution, doesn't work well in pressure regulating. So, some improvements are made on the material of valve body and purification of gas, that is, to change the stainless steel body to Co+Cr alloy body to increase the hardness and toughness, install filter to decrease dust and impurities of gas and increase the exhaust for the separator. For its a pplication, the type selection of pressure regulator is carried out.
