蜡沉积对流量计检定的影响

Analysis on the Influence of Wax Deposit to Flowme ter Proving

  • 摘要: 输油温度和环境温度的变化, 导致原油中的蜡析出, 用体积管检定容积式流量计时, 由于蜡吸附, 体积管基准管段标准容积减少, 严重影响流量计检定结果。分析了蜡析出过程和析出条件, 以实例说明体积管内壁结蜡对流量计检定结果和计量准确度的影响, 提出了避免体积管结蜡应采取的措施。

     

    Abstract: The change of temperature of oil transported and ambient temperature result in t he wax deposit, whichdecreases the standard volume of pipe-type meter prover and proving precision of flowmeter. This paper analyzes the process and condition of wax deposit, describ es the influence of wax d eposit on the internal wall of pipe-type meter to proving result and accuracy of flowmeter and gives the mea sures to be taken to avoid the wax deposit of pipe-type meter.
