含蜡原油触变性与温度关系的研究

The Relationship between Thixotropy and Temperature of Waxy Crude

  • 摘要: 对加剂改性中原原油在其凝点附近不同温度处的触变特性进行了试验研究。利用Houska模型描述含蜡原油的触变性, 计算结果与试验数据吻合良好。研究表明, Houska触变模型中的剩余屈服应力、触变屈服应力、稠度系数、稠度可触变部分系数、流变特性指数与温度成指数函数关系, 而结构建立常数和结构裂降常数与温度无关。Houska触变模型中的参数与温度的关系可以为实际热油管道停输后再启动过程的水力分析提供依据。

     

    Abstract: The thixotropy of Zhongyuan pour point depressed (PPD) beneficiated crude oil is studied at different temperatures around the gel point. The Houska's model is applied to describe cr ude's thixotropy and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Analysis re sults show that the relationship between parameters τy0, τy1, K, ΔK and n in Hous ka's model and temperature conforms to exponential equation, and the other parame ters a, b and m are irrelevant with temperature. The relationship between paramet ers in Houska's model and temperature can be used to analyze the hydrodynamic c ases of hot oil pipelines in restarting after shutting-down.
