直埋供热管道直管的应力分析

Stress Analyses of Direct-buried Heat Supply Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据工程实际, 利用弹性薄壳理论, 将直埋管道直管段作为柱壳建立物理模型, 并在相应曲线坐标下, 对作用于管道上的荷载进行受力分析。根据所建平衡方程, 利用边界条件, 获得了直管段β向和n向的位移。利用此位移, 根据物理方程, 在理论上首次获得了以柱壳为物理模型的直管段αβ向应力解析解。

     

    Abstract: Based on the fact, regarding the pipe of direct-buried pipe as cylindrical shell, the article establishes curvilinear coordinates, and analyzes the loading on the pipe. Using elastic thin shell theory, take advantage of boundary condition, the paper establishes the equilibrium equation and obtains the analytic solution of displacement (and orientation). According to this displacement, using physical e quation, the paper acquires the analytic solution of stress (and orientation) at first time.
