西气东输感应加热弯管工艺参数的研究

Study on Technological Parameter of Induction Heating Bend in West-to-East Gas Transmission Project

  • 摘要: 通过热模拟技术, 研究了西气东输工程用X70钢级感应加热弯管在不同工艺过程中力学性能和组织结构的变化规律, 评价了弯管的组织、性能特征, 揭示了工艺-组织-性能间的关系, 为弯管的生产提供了优化的工艺参数。研究结果表明, 当加热温度为950~1 050℃、冷却速度为20~40℃/s、保温时间为1 min、回火温度为5 30℃时, 生产出的弯管具有优良的性能, 能够满足西气东输工程的需要。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical property and change regularity of metallographic structure of X70 induction heating bend during different production process are studied with thermal simulation technology. The authors evaluate the metallographic and property characteristics of bend and reveal the relationship between the process-metallogrophy-property, which can provide the optimized process parameters to bend's production.The results show that the high property's bend can be made when heating temperature is at 950~1050℃, cooling velocity is at 20~40℃/s, insulation time is at 1 minute and temper temperature is at 530℃, and this kind of bend can meet the needs of West-to-East Gas Transmission Project.
