埋地钢质管道补口材料的失效分析

Failure Analysis on the Field Coating Material for Welded Joint and its Selection for Buried Steel Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过案例分析和研究调查, 提出埋地管道补口材料的早期失效是影响管道外防腐层完整性的主要形式。对管道外防腐层补口材料失效的原因进行了分析, 指出补口材料施工工艺复杂、现场施工难度高导致了补口材料失效。根据各种防腐涂料的不同性能和应用条件, 提出了管道补口材料的选用应注意的问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on case analysis and investigation, the authors consider that the early failure of field coating material for welded joint is a major category that influences the integrity of external coating of buried steel pipeline. This paper analyzes the failure cause of external coating of pipeline.It is pointed out that compli-cated coating process and difficul to site-coated construction result in the early failure of the coating material. According to the different performances and coating conditions of coating materials, the selection method of field coating materials for welded joint is presented.
