西气东输管道空气试压方法的可行性分析

The Feasibility Analysis on the Air Pressure Test Method for West-to-East Gas Transmission Project

  • 摘要: 西气东输工程线路经过我国西北约2 500 km的严重缺水地区, 管道水试压方法成为工程建设中的一个难题。针对空气试压方法能否在西气东输工程一、二级地区应用的问题, 在技术可行性与安全性方面同水试压方法进行了经济性分析和比较, 通过比较认为, 空气试压方法可以在西气东输工程中应用。

     

    Abstract: For West-to-East Gas Transmission Project, there is a total length of 2500 km of pipeline will pass through the northwestern China, which is badly short of water, ted to a big problem to perform hydrostatic pressure test along this pipeline section. In allusion to the feasibility of air pressure test in the pipeline sec-tion, an economic analysis and comparison is made between the hydrostatic pressure test and air pressure test in technology and safety feasibility. The results show that the air pressure test method can be applied in this pipeline section.
