高含硫天然气集输管网的技术经济研究

The Technical and Economic Study on High-sulphur Natural Gas Gathering Pipeline Network

  • 摘要: 针对高酸性气田集输过程中存在的腐蚀、水合物堵塞等问题, 从集气站站场选址、集气管网的设置形式、干湿气的输送工艺、紧急截断阀室的设置及清管等方面, 分析了集输系统的工艺要点及防止水合物形成的措施, 提出了一套切实可行的集输工艺方案与防腐技术, 可为气田的开发与安全生产提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the corrosion and hydrate plugging during the transmission of high-sulphur natural gas, the technology point in gas gathering system and the measures to prevent hydrate are analyzed from station determination of gathering station, allocation category of gathering pipeline network, the transmission process of dry/wet gas, allocation of emergency block valve room and pipe pigging. In this paper, the authors present a cost-effective gathering process program and corrosion control method, which provide a helpful information to operator in gas field development and production.
