液柱分离对管道的危害及其预防

The Hazards of Non-continuous Flowing of Fluid and its Prevention for Pipeline

  • 摘要: 管道发生水击时的水击压力波对管道的危害非常严重。在分析水击形成原因的基础上, 讨论了液柱分离形成的过程及其对管道的影响, 结合实例, 利用公式推导计算出管道在发生水击过程中的水击压力, 提出了避免出现油品液柱分离的具体措施。

     

    Abstract: Pressure wave of water hammer produces serious hazard for pipeline. On the basis of analysis of water hammer cause, the influence of non-continuous flowing of fluid on pipeline is discussed. With calculation case, the surge pressure produced in the process of water hammer is derived and calculated with several equations. The measures to prevent the non-continuous flowing of fluid are put forward.
