Abstract: The overall thought of optimization design on transportation batch of products pipeline is discussed, the features of different contaminated treatment methods in batch transportation is analyzed. Through determining the tank capacity in initial and terminal stations in Lanzhaou-Chengdu-Chongqing products pipeline and economical analysis, the optimization design on transportation batch and tank capacity for the pipeline is made. In this paper, the design and calculation process of this products pipeline is introduced.
