浮顶罐排水管损坏防治措施研究

Improvement Methods for Water Drainage Tube Failure of Crude Oil Storage Tank

  • 摘要: 针对浮顶罐排水管经常发生损坏漏油的现象, 通过对罐体变形的实际检测和有限元力学分析, 获得排水管与浮顶连接点偏离设计位置的位移, 对排水管应力状态进行了分析, 提出了相应的防治措施, 研制出一种安装在浮顶人孔处的液位监测报警装置, 通过监测液位反映罐体变形和排水管受力情况, 可以及时发现问题并采取措施避免排水管损坏。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents firstly the research on failure reason of rainwater drainage tube of oil tank by means of detecting the displacement of tank base, finite element analysis of deformations of tank body and displacements of its floating roof. According to the failure reason, improvement methods are given in this paper, especially, a device detecting liquid height in tank is invented and used to detect tank deformation and protect rainwater drainage tube from failure.
