大型浮顶罐储油温降特点

Temperature Drop Characteristic of Oil in the Large Breathing Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 针对我国所产原油多为易凝高粘原油, 低温流动性差的特点, 在秦皇岛泵站2号罐上安装了温度监测系统, 对储油温降过程进行了研究, 同时分析了罐内原油的形态、原油凝结积蜡过程、原油的温降过程以及凝油对温降的影响, 为准确地预测储油温降提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The process of the temperature drop of oil is studied with the temperature measurement system installed in No. 2 breathing roof tank in Qinhuangdao Pump Station. This paper brings forward some new viewpoints about the temperature drop characteristic of oil based on analyzing test data and phenomenon, that is, (1) Daqing oil has three forms——solid, semisolid and liquid in breathing roof tank; (2) the process of temperature drop includes the stages of speedy temperature drop, increment of curdle oil layer and slow temperature drop and (3) the heat loss of crude oil mainly comes from the curding heat. These viewpoints will be helpful to improve the forecast precision for the tanked oil.
