Abstract: To take the possible factors the products pipeline involved in into account, the running simulation software for products pipeline is programmed. Based on principles to be abided by in working out the offtakeing program, the steps to make it are given. Take Lanzhou-Chongqing-Chengdu Products Pipeline as an example, the paper introduces the characteristics of the simulation software. The authors consider that safe and effective management to the pipeline can be carried out with this software for the operators of the pipeline.
