Multiphase Mixing Transportation Technology and its Application

  • 摘要: 就国内外多相流管道的建设、混输管道流动规律、多相计量技术、多相增压技术、富气输送技术及固态生成物问题等方面的现状和应用情况进行了叙述。目前混相输送技术发展的总趋势是: 建设长距离、大口径、高压力混输管道; 应用先进的多相增压和计量设备; 系统采用高度自动化控制; 向深水海域和沙漠深处发展。

     

    Abstract: In this article, the actual state and the application have been specified, which includes the multiphase pipeline construction status quo at home and abroad, the flow roles of mixing transportation, the multiphase measuring technique, multiphase increasing-pressure technique, rich gas transportation technique and the solid resultant problem. At present, the general current of the multiphase transportation technique development is constructing the long-distance, large-diameter and high-pressure multiphase transportation pipeline, applying the advanced multiphase increasing-pressure and measuring equipments, applying the high automatic control to the systems and developing toward the deep water and deep deset.
