复杂输气管道稳定运行分析方法

Analysis Method of Stable Process for Complex Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 利用样条函数将非线性方程组线性化的方法, 建立了复杂输气管道稳定过程的解析方程, 该方程可以反映出管道任意位置上流量与压力的关系, 结合实例, 给出了计算公式, 介绍了公式的推导过程和计算结果, 为复杂的输气管道稳定运行提供了安全保证。

     

    Abstract: By making the nonlinear equation group linearized with the spline function, the analytic equation for complex gas pipeline with stable process is established. The equation can express the relationship between flow and pressure at arbitrary location of a pipeline. This analytic method can provide a simple and applied way to systematically analyze the process of complex gas pipe network and to set up the pipeline system's structure. Before analyzing the transient state, the equation can be used to predict and judge the technical parameters of the pipeline network system. The comparison results display a good analogy between the analytic method and SPS analysis software in calculating complex gas pipeline with stable state. The equation is of great value in application especially in the process of pipeline's feasibility study and pipeline design.
