我国油气管道技术和发展趋势

China's Oil and Gas Pipeline Technology and its Development Current

  • 摘要: 从含蜡原油加剂改性输送技术、大落差地段输油管道的运行控制技术、管道自动化控制技术、管道内检测技术、储气库调峰技术、定向钻穿越技术、管道机械化施工作业技术等方面总结了我国油气管道技术的发展状况, 介绍了西气东输管道工程采用的新技术以及特殊原油的改性输送技术和在役管道寿命评价等技术的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: This paper summarizes the development actualities of China's oil and gas pipeline technologies in waxy crude oil transportation with PPD etc., operating control for hilly pipelines, automatic control of pipelines, internal inspection of pipelines, peak shaving technology of underground storages, mechanical construction of pipelines and HDD of pipelines, introduces new construction methods adopted in the pipelines of West-to-East Gas Transmission Project, as well as the transportation technology for highly waxy crude.In the paper, the future trend of assessment technology on service life of in-service pipelines is predicted.
