关于中国石化油气管道发展的思考

Cogitation on the Development of Sinopec Oil and Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 结合我国油气管道的现状, 具体分析了石化管道现行布局情况和存在的突出问题。根据我国国民经济发展的特点和中国石化炼油化工企业的分布状况, 为了提高中国石化整体效益, 充分发挥油气管道运输成本低、在途损耗少和安全可靠性高等方面的优势, 提出了建设和完善石化油气管道, 从而形成石化油气管道网络格局的构想。

     

    Abstract: The current distribution of Sinopec pipeline and its main problems are analyzed combined with the actualities of domestic oil and gas pipelines. According to the features of development of national economy and the distribution of Sinopec refinery enterprises, to gain the overall economic profits of Sinopec and take advantage of low transportation cost, low loss and high reliability of pipeline, the envisagement to constructing and perfecting Sinopec pipelines to form Sinopec pipeline networks is presented.
