输气管道置换投产工艺的研究与实践

Study and Practice on Gas Displacement/Commissioning Technology of Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对涩宁兰输气管道涩北-西宁段和西宁-兰州段, 分别采用了加隔离器和不加隔离器两种置换工艺方案进行比较分析, 指出传统的加隔离器置换工艺存在混气量大、隔离器损耗大的问题, 尤其是在高程变化大的山区地段和管道的多弯头、变径处隔离器易被卡住, 而不加隔离器置换工艺, 具有混气量小, 安全便捷的优点。

     

    Abstract: The comparison and analysis on the gas displacement program for Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline are made. This program is divided into "with cup packer" (cup pig) and "without cup packer" to displace the air to nitrogen or the nitrogen to natural gas. The analytical result shows that conventional displacement technology ("with cup packer") is not available due to the big mixing volume (air to nitrogen or nitrogen to natural gas), especially the cup pig is easy to be blocked in hilly area, elbows and telescoped pipeline section. The "without cup packer" technique can deal with the problem occurred in the former. In this paper, the application case for the "without cup packer" technique in the pipeline is described.
