某油库储运系统安全评价

Safety Evaluation on Storage and Transportation System of Some Petroleum Tankfarm.

  • 摘要: 利用美国道(DOW)化学公司火灾爆炸指数法的原理和方法, 对福州某油库的化工装置和工艺危险性进行了评价, 并对各储罐事故可能导致的经济损失进行了预测, 提出了降低事故经济损失的途径和对策。

     

    Abstract: The theory and processes of safety evaluation about the fire hazards of chemical equipments and techniques using the Fire and Explosion Index method of American Dow Chemistry Company are recommended in this paper. According to this theory, a judgment on the chemical equipments and process hazards of Xingmin Chemistry Company in Mawei District, Fuzhou City is made. In the evaluation processes, the economy losses resulted in the tank accidents are forecasted and the approaches of reducing the losses are put forward too.
