镇海—杭州成品油管道优化运行技术分析

Technological Analysis on Optimized Operation of Zhenhai - Hangzhou Product Pipeline.

  • 摘要: 介绍了镇海-杭州成品油管道工程概况, 对其生产优化运行中所必需的工艺参数(如临界流量、混油长度、批次输送量等)进行了计算分析, 提出了减少混油量的措施及混油掺兑调和的方法, 同时还分析了该管道在输送过程中的动态泄漏检测技术, 为工程实现优化运行提供了可靠的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: For Zhenhai-Hangzhou Product Pipeline, the process parameters such as critical flow rate, contaminated length and batch throughput necessary in optimized operation are calculated and analyzed. The method to reduce the contaminated volume and to blend the contaminated volume are given. In the paper, the dynamic leakage inspection technique used to monitor the transportation process is also introduced, which can provide a theoretical basis to the pipeline to realize the optimized operation.
