玻璃钢夹芯技术在罐顶修复中的应用

The Application of Fiberglass Cladding Method in Repair of Tank Roof

  • 摘要: 以孤岛采油厂为例, 对导致油气储罐罐顶腐蚀受损的各种因素进行了分析, 在传统罐顶修复方法的基础上, 研制出了一种更安全简便的罐顶修复技术——玻璃钢夹芯技术。采用该项技术无需停产、动火, 利用现有罐的罐顶作为模板, 现场制作一个非金属的罐顶, 将其与原有的金属罐顶粘结在一起, 施工周期较短。修复后的罐顶不仅具有质量轻、强度高、使用寿命长、保温性能好的特点, 而且经济效益显著, 具有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Take the corrosion of tank roof as an example, the corrosion cause is analyzed. On the basis of conventional repair method, a safer and simpler repair technique of tank roof, the fiberglass cladding method, is developed. This method can be in-line adopted without any fire work. The original tank roof is taken as a mould, an non-metal tank roof is made and then adhered to the old one in short time. The repaired tank roof is proof of light weight, high strength, long service life and satisfactory insulating property.
