轻烃装置安全生产工艺优化

The Operating Process Optimization of Lighter Hydrocarbons Facilities

  • 摘要: 针对胜利油田河口采集输压气站小型轻烃装置的轻烃产品质量稳定性差、综合回收率低、生产成本高等现象, 对该装置的生产工艺和设备情况进行了分析研究, 提出了该轻烃装置生产工艺优化方案, 方案实施后提高了轻烃综合回收率, 对小型轻烃装置的技改具有推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The small-scale lighter hydrocarbons facilities operated in Hekou Gathering-transportation Station in Shengli Oilfied has some defects in stability of products quality, low recovery rate and high cost of ton-hydrocarbons production. The process optimization scheme of the facility is presented based on the analysis result. The overall recovery rate of lighter hydrocarbons is increased after improved facility put into operation. The article considers that this improved facility of lighter hydrocarbons has bright commercial prospects.
