螺旋埋弧焊钢管卷制中包申格效应的机理分析

Mechanism Analysis on Bauschinger Effect during the Pipe-making of Spiral-welded Pipe

  • 摘要: 分析了螺旋埋弧焊钢管生产中钢卷拆卷矫平、预弯成型过程中的正反受力变形。由于多晶体金属中部分晶粒的微塑性变形以及铁素体体心立方晶体受力后的位错反应、位错塞积或位错分解产生第二类残余内应力, 用第二类残余内应力对包申格效应的产生机理进行了阐述说明。论述了包申格效应对钢管屈服值的影响。

     

    Abstract: An analysis on the positive and negative stressed deformation of steel coil in pipe-making of spiral-welded pipe during uncoiling. The author considers that the second residual internal stress is produced due to the micro-plastic deformation of partial crystal particles in multi-crystal metal, dislocation of stressed cubic crystal of ferrite, dislocation accumulation or dispersion. The description on the mechanism of Bauschinger Effect with the second residual internal stress is made, and the influence of Bauschinger Effect on yield value of steel pipe is analyzed.
