球罐腐蚀缺陷处理及防腐保护措施

The Defect Treatment of Spherical Tank and Measures on Corrosion Control

  • 摘要: 根据对在役压力球罐所做的定期检验结果, 对球罐表面缺陷和内部缺陷进行了分析, 提出了相应的处理方法。在球罐的维护过程中, 从降低球罐结构应力和腐蚀介质的浓度入手, 对焊接残余应力、钢材硬度以及硫化氢浓度进行控制, 以减少球罐介质的应力腐蚀, 保证了球罐的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: Based on periodical test results obtained from spherical tank in recent years, this paper describes the relative solutions to various defects arisen from in-line pressure spherical tanks. It is considered that starting from decreasing structure stress of spherical tank and concentration of corrosive media, controlling residual stress of welding, material hardness and concentration of hydrogen sulfide should be an important job to do to reduce the stress corrosion during maintenance of spherical tank, which can be an effective measures to safe operation for the tank.
