Latest Methods Used to Build the Pipe in Land Tunnels in West-East Gas Project

  • 摘要: 目前我国正在建设的西气东输管道工程需要建设16条陆上隧道, 确保隧道内管道施工的工程质量和及时完工是工程的关键。论述了西气东输管道工程在岩石和黄土隧道内施工中使用的最新方法, 介绍了隧道内安装10 16mm口径输气管道使用的自动焊接和自动超声检测技术, 以及焊接辅助装置滚管机和锚固系统的设计和应用, 施工经验可为同类型管道的施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: land tunnels are under construction in West-East Gas Pipeline Project (WEPP). To ensure the quality of pipe installation in tunnel and the work finished in time is a key of this project. This paper provides the latest organization and implementation of tunnel pipeline construction methods used in WEPP and presents construction process, including automatic welding, nondestructive testing, pipe roller supports and an anchoring system to install the 1016 mm in diameter pipe within mountain and loess tunnels.
