KD18稠油W/O型乳状液特性及其降粘方法
The Properties of Water-in-Oil Emulsion of KD18 Viscous Oils in Xintan Oilfield and its Viscosity Reduction Method

摘要: 新滩油田KD18油水混合液一般呈W/O型乳状液, 其乳化水含量约为50%~60%, 粘度高, 集输难度大, 必须对其进行降粘处理。针对这种油水混合液的特性及外输现状, 提出了在高粘W/O型乳状液中直接加剂转相、分散、乳化的降粘新方法, 开发出了KD18稠油W/O型乳状液的高效降粘剂。研究表明, 在一定条件下, KD18稠油W/O型乳状液在50℃、51 s-1下的表观粘度可由7000~10 000 mPa·s降到100mPa·s以内, 降粘率在98%以上, 为高粘W/O型乳状液提供了有效的降粘途径。Abstract: The mixture of KD18 viscous crude oils and associated water in Xintan Oilfield commonly is water -inoil emulsion, which bond water contains about 50%~60%. The viscosity reduction must be conducted due to the high apparent viscosity. In allusion to the properties of the mixture and the actualities of the mixture's transportation, a new method of viscosity reduction for this emulsion by chemicals adding to make its phase conversion, dispersion and emulsification is presented. Based on this method, some high-effective viscosity-reducing agents are developed. The study results show that the apparent viscosity of KD18 viscous crude oils at 50℃ and 51 s-1 can be reduced from 7000~10000 mPa·s to less than 100 mPa·s and reducing rate of viscosity is more than 98%, which provides an effective way to heavy viscous water-in-oil emulsion in reducing its viscosity.
