Abstract: Two factors impact the economic profits of pipeline transportation enterpr ises, one is the income of pipeline transportation, the other is the cost of pipeline transportation. The fo rmer is influenced by pipeline throughput and price of oil transportation. When pipeline throughput and price of oil transportation are kept in constant, to reduce cost and cut clown expense is the only road to be ta ken for the pipeline transportation enterprises to obtain economic profits. Starting from saving energy and r educing power consumption and cutting down the repair expense, the article describes the work for pipeline transportation enterprises to do to gain the economic profits.
