X65钢管内表面等离子弧粉末堆焊工艺

Study on the Technology of Wear and Corrosion Resistance on the Inner Surface for X65 Pipe with Plasma Arc Powder Surfacing

  • 摘要: 为了提高X65钢管内涂层的耐磨耐蚀性, 采用等离子弧粉末堆焊技术, 以正交试验确定了堆焊的最佳工艺参数。通过硬度试验、抗裂性试验和金相试验分析了堆焊层的组织和性能。试验结果表明, 该项堆焊工艺研究对于提高X65管道钢管内表面的耐磨耐蚀性具有重要理论意义和实际工程价值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the test on wear and corrosion resistance of inner surface for X65 pipe is performed with plasma arc powder surfacing method. The optimum technical parameters of cladding layer are obtained through orthogonal experiment. The microstructure and properties of the cladding layer are analyzed through anti-cracking test, hardness test and metallographic test. The results show that there is important theoretical and engineering significance to solve technical problem with this technology.
