管道焊缝抗H2S腐蚀性能试验

Performance Experiment on Anti-H2S Corrosion of Welding Seam of Pipe Joint

  • 摘要: 对不同焊接匹配的管道焊接接头进行了抗H2S性能试验, 将试验结果与国外的类似试验结果进行了对比分析, 旨在建立我国的抗H2S腐蚀管道钢的焊接工艺匹配试验方法, 以填补抗H2S腐蚀管道钢焊接接头性能研究的空白。

     

    Abstract: A performance experiment on anti-H2S corrosion of welding seam of pipe joi nt with different welding sticks and welding fluxes are carried out. Some satisfactory test results are ob tained. The analysis and comparison between domestic experimental results and international results on anti- H2S corrosion are made, aiming at establishing an experiment method on anti-H2S corrosion of welding seam of pipe joint and weld ing process in China.
