原油热水加热炉炉管表面腐蚀原因分析

Analysis on the External Surface Corrosion of Boi ler Tube of Oil Heater

  • 摘要: 通过对燃油热水炉的炉管外表面腐蚀状况的分析, 得出了露点腐蚀和应力腐蚀是其腐蚀的主要原因的结论。针对热水炉烟气的低温腐蚀、炉管壁低温以及保温材料设置形式等问题, 提出了相应的解决措施。

     

    Abstract: The corrosion cause of the external surface corrosion of boiler tube in oil heater is analyzed. It is concluded that the dew point corrosion and stress corrosion result in the external surface corrosion of boiler tube. In the light of low-temperature corrosion by flue gas, the low temperature of tube wall and selection of insulation material, the correspondent measures to deal with the problems are put forward.
