油气输送管道漏磁检测的有限元分析

Analysis of FEA in Ma gnetic Flux Leakage Detecting of Oil and Gas Transport Pipeline Network

  • 摘要: 叙述了电磁场有限元分析的理论基础, 给出了油气输送管道漏磁检测中的漏磁场, 用ANSYS软件包对具体实例进行了分析, 得到了漏磁场的空间分布、磁感应强度及漏磁信号图等。分析结果有助于全面认识空间中漏磁场, 可为油气输送管道提供缺陷定量化检测依据。

     

    Abstract: This article discusses the fundamental FEA theory of electricity magnetic field. The magnetic flux leakage field in MFL detecting in oil and gas transport pipeline is described, and a special example is analyzed with ANSYS software.The space distribution, the strength of magnetic indu ction, the signal chart of magnetic flux leakage field are gained. The work mentioned above is helpful to understand the magnetic flux leakage field in the space. The foundation of quantitative detection of def ects in oil and gas transport pipeline is established.
