阿赛输油管道半管流密闭输油工艺

The Feasibility Analysis on Tigh t-line Semi-pipe Flowing Transportation Process in Aishan——Saihanthara Oil Pip eline

  • 摘要: 为降低动能消耗, 减少原油轻馏分损失, 阿赛输油管道制定并实施了半管流输送方案。半管流输送方案是将位于高坡翻越点的管道分成两段, 两管段的压力互无影响, 上下站间的压力波动也互无影响, 在满足旁接输油工艺流程要求的条件下, 实现密闭输油。叙述了该工艺方案涉及的水力计算、方案制定、实施过程和经济效益分析等情况, 对长输管道的设计具有借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: To reduce Dower consumption and toss of light fraction of crude oil, a schem e in tight line semi pipe flowing transportation for Alshan--Saihanthara Oil Pipeline is constituted and put into effect.The semipipe flowing scheme, which the pipeline located at the peak point with slack flow downstream is divided into two sections that the pressures within the two pipe's section and the pressu re fluctuations between upstream station and d.wnstream station are independent, can realize the tight line transportation of crude oil under the condition of floating line transportation. This paper describes the sc heme involved in hydraulic calculation, scheme constitution, step of scheme implementation and economic pro fits analysis, which can provide a useful practice to other pipeline in design.
