Abstract: The pipeline corrosion, artificial disturbance or the third party destruction an d other accidental causes are dangerous factors to the safe operation of pipelin e. These factors exist in LuNing Oil Pipeline. To eliminate them, the paper disc usses the influence of these factors to the pipeline, including natural environm ent, social environment and artificial destruction, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
