对管道直流杂散电流干扰腐蚀的防治方法

摘要: 通过对大连金州石棉矿区地下穿越管道段泄漏事故的分析, 发现直流杂散电流的干扰是造成管道腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。为提高管道抗直流杂散电流干扰腐蚀的能力, 对管道逐步实施了初步治理和综合治理, 并对管道治理后的实际防护效果进行了比较分析, 结果表明, 根据直流杂散电流干扰腐蚀管道的不同程度, 对管道防腐层的等级结构应进行相应改造, 使排流设施布局更趋合理的综合治理可有效阻止直流杂散电流对管道的干扰腐蚀。Abstract: An analysis is made on pipeline leak in a crossing buried pipeline in Jinzhou Di strict of Dalian City. The analytical results show that DC stray electrical curr ent results in corrosion of the buried pipeline. A program to control the corros ion is made, that is, the coating structure of pipeline and the layout of curre nt drainage facilities should be modified based on the different corrosion condi tions, which can effectively control the corrosion of DC stray electrical current to the pipeline.
