管道超声波检测器的应用与发展趋势

The Application and Tendency of Pipeline Ultrasonic Detector

  • 摘要: 绍了三种管道超声波检测器的检测及应用状况原理。指出了各种超声波检测器的优缺点, 其优点是可以在不中断输油的情况下对管内壁的腐蚀进行检测, 通过采集管壁厚度和里程数来判断管壁的腐蚀情况及其位置, 缺点是压电超声波检测法检测速度慢、操作复杂、需要耦合剂, 电磁超声波法只能对金属材料进行检测, 检测灵敏度低, 易受电磁干扰。对超声波检测器的应用前景和发展趋势进行了预测。

     

    Abstract: The working principle and application of three kind of ultrasonic detectors of p ipeline are introduced.These ultrasonic detectors can be in-line used to detect the corrosion defect and its position (internal wall of pipe) by means of collec ting pipeline data like wall thickness and position of kilometer number along pi peline. However, some defect is existed in these ultrasonic detectors, their def ects are easy to see.take the piezoelectric and EM wave ultrasonic detection met hod for example, for the former, slow detection progress, complicated operation, and coupling agent is needed; for the latter, low sensitivity to corrosion defect s and poor capacity against electromagnetic interference. And more things are ne eded to do to improve their suitabilities. The paper makes prediction on applica tion and tendency of pipeline ultrasonic detectors.
