一种新型油罐防腐涂料的研制

A Newly-developed Coating Material for Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 针对油罐内壁防腐涂料涂装前都必须对油罐表面进行处理(即除锈)的不足, 研究开发了一种新型带锈涂装的油罐抗静电防腐涂料, 介绍了该涂料的原料组成、防锈机理、配方、技术指标、物理性能、生产工艺和施工工艺等, 该涂料的应用可大幅度降低劳动强度和减少环境污染, 具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: he internal surface preparation is necessary for the oil tank before painting. To avoid the course of rust removal, a new type antistatic coating material is de veloped. This kind of coating material can be used without considering the rust. The paper introduces the composition, rust removal mechanism, formulation, techn ical index, synthesis process and painting method about this coating material. I t is considered that utilizing this coating material can reduce labour intensity and environmental pollution to a great degree with a bright application prospec t.
