输油气站埋地管道的腐蚀分析与防护

Corrosion Analysis and Protection for the Buried Pipeline of Pump Station

  • 摘要: 对鄯乌输气管道鄯善首站埋地管道腐蚀进行了调查分析, 根据站区埋地管道的腐蚀特点, 提出了相应的防护对策: 改善环境, 降低土壤腐蚀性; 采用非溶剂型覆盖层材料, 减少针孔产生; 取消玻璃布增强材料, 确保涂装质量; 实施区域阴极保护技术, 有效地控制了埋地管道的腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: An investigation and analysis on the corrosion of buried pipeline in ShanWu Init ial Station of ShanWu Gas Transmission Pipeline is made. Considering the corrosi on characteristics of station pipeline, the protection measures are put forward as follows. (1) to improve the environment to reduce the soil corrosivity, (2)to eliminate the pipe holiday with non-solvent coating material, (3)to substitute the glass fiber reinforced plastics and (4)to control the corrosion of pipe with partial CP technology.
