热油管道低输量的安全运行

Measures to Safely Operate Hot Oil Pipeline Run at Low-throughput Condit ion

  • 摘要: 围绕热油管道低输量的临界安全输量问题, 分析了低输量运行不稳定的原因, 总结出降低临界安全输量和防止运行不稳定的方式及具体措施, 提出判断临界安全输量的方法与低输量运行时应注意的事项, 为热油管道低输量的安全高效运行提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In the article, for the hot oil pipeline, the author analyzes the reason of pres sure fluctuation for the pipeline run with low-throughput condition, summarizes the effective methods to reduce the critical safe throughput and measures agains t the pressure fluctuation, puts forward the determination way to critical safety throughput and problems to be focused on the pipeline operated at low-throughpu t condition, which provides an important fundamental to the technical reform for the pipeline run with low-throughput in safe operation mode.
