Air Pressure Test Technology of Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 随着我国天然气管道建设的快速发展, 在施工过程中不断出现一些新的急需解决的技术问题, 如特殊地段的大口径、高压输气管道试压问题就是其中一例。介绍了目前国内外输气管道气压试验技术的应用及发展现状, 分析了气压试验时管道的断裂和止裂问题, 并针对高压、大口径输气管道的特点, 提出了今后的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of natural gas pipeline construction in China, some technological problems in construction produce and need to be urgently solved.The one of the typical problems is the air pressure test for large diameter high-pressure gas pipeline under the special requirements.This paper introduces the application and development of air pressure test technology for gas transmission pipelines home and abroad, analyzes the problems in fracture and fracture arrest of gas pipeline during air pressure test, and presents future study target in the light of the feature of high-pressure large-diameter gas transmission pipelines.
