钻爆法隧道在忠武输气管道穿越中的应用

The Application of NATM Tunnel Method in Zhongxian—Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing

  • 摘要: 忠县长江穿越工程位于三峡工程水库区, 管道穿越设计难度较大。通过对大开挖、钻爆隧道、盾构隧道三个穿越方案进行比较, 决定忠县长江穿越工程采用钻爆隧道穿越方案进行穿越, 该施工方案技术成熟、难度低、工程投资较省, 并介绍了穿越施工中防治水的设计及施工要求。

     

    Abstract: Zhongxian gas transmission pipeline will cross through the Sanxia Reservoir Zone of Yangtze River, which makes the design and construction of pipeline crossing very difficult.Three scenarios of pipelinecrossing are presented and compared, that is, open cut, NATM tunnel method and shield-driven tunnel.The NATM tunnel method is determined with reliability in technology and low engineering cost.In the article, the key design and construction requirements in water-protection in the river bed are described.
