成品油顺序输送时的混油粘度计算与误差分析

Calculation and Error Analysis of Contaminated Viscosity in the Batch Transportation

  • 摘要: 依据GB265-88《石油产品运动粘度测定法和动力粘度计算法》, 对不同油品混油粘度进行了试验测定, 取得了第一手的混油粘度实测数据。对苏联学者提出的混油粘度计算公式、克恩达尔-莫恩罗埃公式和兹达诺夫斯基公式进行了误差分析, 提出了新的混油粘度计算公式。计算结果表明, 新公式的混油粘度计算误差很小, 简单实用。

     

    Abstract: According as GB 265—88《Petroleum products—Determination of kinematic viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity)), kinematic viscosity of contaminated product of differential oil products is determined and the first-hand measured data is acquired.Error of computational formulae about contaminated viscosity which is put forward by Soviet Russia scholars is analyzed, and a new computational formula is proposed.Compared with other formulae, a new formula is applied to calculate contaminated viscosity and satisfactory results can be obtained.
