埋地管道防腐层局部剥离失效原因分析

Cause Analysis on Partial Disbonding of Coating for Buried Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过分析发现埋地长输管道防腐层局部剥离的主要原因是防腐层老化、阴极剥离和防腐层施工质量及性能差, 指出了防腐层局部剥离对阴极保护电流的屏蔽和应力腐蚀的危害, 有针对性地在管道设计选材、阴极保护等方面提出了相应的改进措施。

     

    Abstract: The coating ageing, cathodic disbonding of partial coating and poor construction quality of coating result in corrosion of oil pipelines. The partial dis bonding of coating will result in shielding of the CP current and stress corrosion of pipeline. To prevent the coating of pipeline from disbonding, the correspo nding improvement measures in coating selection and cathodic protection system are given.
