钱塘江定向钻一次穿越的应力分析

Stress Analysis on the One-time Horizontally Directional Drilling Crossing for Products Pipeline in Qiantangjiang River

  • 摘要: 通过对镇海炼化—杭州康桥成品油管道定向钻穿越设计进行动态模拟计算, 建立了钱塘江定向钻穿越钻导向孔、预扩孔、管段回拖三种工况的数学计算模型, 通过有限元的分割计算, 得到穿越过程中每个节点的受力状况, 从而为钱塘江定向钻穿越设计提供了理论依据, 确保了钱塘江定向钻一次穿越2308 m顺利完成。

     

    Abstract: Based on the dynamic simulation calculation on the HDD crossing of Qiant angjiang River for the Zhenhai Refinery-Kangqiao of Hangzhou products pipeline project, three mathematic models used in different crossing conditions, such as pilot hole, prereaming and pullback, for the HDD crossing are established. Through the FEM calculation, the result of stressed condition of each node of crossing course is obtained, which provides a theoretical fundament to the HDD crossing design of Qiantangjiang River. As a resuit, one-time crossing of 2308m in Qiantangjiang River successfully hit the project target.
