Abstract:
Based on the dynamic simulation calculation on the HDD crossing of Qiant angjiang River for the Zhenhai Refinery-Kangqiao of Hangzhou products pipeline project, three mathematic models used in different crossing conditions, such as pilot hole, prereaming and pullback, for the HDD crossing are established. Through the FEM calculation, the result of stressed condition of each node of crossing course is obtained, which provides a theoretical fundament to the HDD crossing design of Qiantangjiang River. As a resuit, one-time crossing of 2308m in Qiantangjiang River successfully hit the project target.
