The Analysis and Determination on the Pump's Such-up Distance

  • 摘要: 泵的几何安装高度是保证泵在设计工况下不发生汽蚀的重要条件。在定义泵几何安装高度的基础上, 分析了泵允许吸上真空高度、汽蚀余量与几何安装高度的关系, 归纳总结了各类泵参考书中有关确定泵安装高度的计算、换算公式及存在的问题, 提出了相应的观点。

     

    Abstract: The determination of pump's such-up distance is an important condition to preven t pump from cavitating under the condition of designed flow rate. On the basis of defining pump's suck-up distance, the relations between height of suction, NPSH and suck-up distance are analyzed. The authors summarize the calculation meth ods in the determination of pump's suck-up distance and reduce formulae as well as the problems existed in reference books, give their viewpoint on it.
