天然气输差问题的分析

Analysis on Metering Errors of Natural Gas Marketing

  • 摘要: 随着天然气用量的增加, 市场供需双方对计量准确度的要求越来越高, 目前国内天然气市场以供方计量为准, 由于诸多因素的影响, 供需双方交接时的误差较大。针对输气系统的输差问题, 从误差理论出发, 以输气干线系统为研究对象, 分析了产生输差问题的原因以及减少输差的措施和方法, 并以标准孔板流量计的误差为基础, 对中济输气干线的输差进行了计算。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of natural gas demand, the supply-demand two party of natural gas have a mutually critical condition on the metering accuracy of gas when the gas marketing is conducted. At present, the metering data of supply party is taken as a criterion for gas marketing in the domestic market. However, many factors often influence the gas marketing, which results in remarkable metering errors. In the light of the problem of metering errors, starting from the error theory and taking the gas transmission trunk line as a study object, an analysis on error-induced problem and a feasibility study to reduce the error are made. Take the metering error of the standard orifice flowmeter as an example, the auth ors calculate the metering errors produced in Zhongyuan Oilfield--Ji'nan gas tra nsmission pipeline.
