Assessment of Formulae for Frictional Resistance in Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 输气管道水力计算是输气管道设计的重要部分, 而摩阻系数的计算又是水力计算中的一个重要内容。收集了国内外公开发表或现场应用的紊流区摩阻系数计算公式, 通过大量的计算、绘图等工作对这些公式进行了较为细致的比较和评价测试, 为输气管道工程的设计提供了适用的摩阻系数计算公式。

     

    Abstract: The hydrodynamic calculation is an important part of the design for gas transmis sion pipeline. The calculation of fractional resistance coefficient is the key content of the correspo nding hydrodynamic computation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze, discuss and compare the formulae for frictional resistance that ar e applied in hydrodynamic calculation. Turbulent region formulae for frictional resistance calculation published home and abroad or applied on the spot are coll ected in this paper. By means of calculating and plotting, the formulae are compared, assessed and tested delicately and formulae for the frictional resistancethat are applicable to each turbulent region are confirmed. So, the formulae that are applicable to gas pipeline engineering design are recommend in the article.
