低地温输送高凝点油品管壁结蜡厚度的计算

The Research on the Regularity of Paraffin Depositing on the Pipe Wall When 35 Diesel Fuel Transported in Low-ground-temperature Pi peline

  • 摘要: 针对成品油管道在地温较低的输送条件下管壁会出现结蜡现象, 提出了用结蜡分布函数对管壁结蜡厚度的分布进行模拟计算的方法。介绍了结蜡分布函数的应用表达式, 并以5号柴油的输送为例进行模拟计算, 结果表明, 采用此方法对成品油管道低温输送高凝点成品油时的结蜡规律进行模拟是可行的。

     

    Abstract: According to the phenomenon that paraffin appears on the pipeline wall when #5 diesel fuel is transported in low-ground-temperature pipeline, a method using paraffin deposit distribution to do analog computation is put forward, the applied expression of paraffin deposit distribution function is produced and the responding argumentation is also conducted in the paper.
