减四线含蜡油流动特性的研究

The Study on the Flow Behavior of Waxy Crude Oil at Section 4 Vacuum Pressure Equipment

  • 摘要: 对中石化抚顺石油一厂减四线含蜡油的流变特性和粘温特性进行了分析测试, 采用RV2旋转粘度计测定了在61~70℃范围含蜡原油的流动特性参数, 当油温在70℃以上时, 原油为牛顿流体, 低于70℃时, 为非牛顿流体, 而且油温越低其非牛顿特性越强。减四线含蜡油的粘温关系与原油类似, 其粘温曲线可分为放射段和直线段, 但非牛顿特性强于原油。

     

    Abstract: The rheological behavior and viscosity-temperature characteristics of waxy crude oil at Section 4 Vacuum Pressure Equipment are analyzed and measured in the lst Refinery of Fushun. The RV2 rotational viscometer is used to measure the flow behavior parameters for the oil at 61~70℃. The measured results indicate that when the oil temperature is higher than 70℃, the waxy oil is Newtonian fluid, when it is lower than 70℃, the waxy oil is non-Newtonian fluid, and the lower the oil temperature is, the stronger the non-Newtonian fluid behavior of the oil becomes. Although the viscosity-temperature characteristics of the waxy crude oil is similar to crude oil in the viscosity-temperature curves that can be divided into radial and beeline types, its non-Newtonian behavior is stronger than that of crude oil.
