原油加热炉改造的热力学分析

Thermodynamic Analysis on Reformed Oil Heater

  • 摘要: 采用能量平衡分析模型和(火用)平衡分析模型, 对改造前后的原油加热炉系统进行了热力学分析, 并对现场测试数据进行了测算, 分析了原油加热炉改造前后的用能状况。根据分析结果, 对提高加热炉(火用)效率、加强热媒炉过量空气系数控制及热媒的选择提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: The thermodynamic analysis on oil heater system before and after reform with energy equilibrium model and exergy equilibrium model and the calculation on the site measured parameters are made. The authors analyze the energy utilization for the oil heaters before and after reform. The suggestions on increasing exergy efficiency of heater effectively controlling the excess air ratio and selecting heating agent are put forward.
